Faculty/Stage Party Ceremony Info
Stage Party and Faculty enter from the northeast entrance, located across from Peet’s Coffee at the corner of the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC), and check-in at the Special Events Room.
Regalia
- If you requested regalia during the registration process, please inform the Commencement Ambassador when you check in at the Special Events Room to obtain your regalia.
- If you own your regalia, please do not forget to bring it with you.
Before The Ceremony
- Commencement Ambassadors will be available to assist with regalia dressing in the Special Events Room and store any small items you may have.
- Meals and refreshments will be available in the Special Events Room
- Photos for the Academic Processional will take place backstage. A Commencement Ambassador will guide you at the designated time.
- The Academic Processional will line up backstage and guide you to center court. A Commencement Ambassador will guide you at the designated time.
- An electronic version of the cuebook can be found here. If you prefer a copy, please let a Commencement Ambassador know.
After The Ceremony
- Return to the Special Events Room to store or return regalia.
