Thank you for your commitment and willingness to be a part of the Spring 2026 Commencement, happening at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. Your support is greatly needed and appreciated. Below is the 2026 commencement schedule.

Faculty/Stage Party Ceremony Info

Stage Party, Faculty, Speakers, Awardees, and Singers will check in and enter at security just like the Ambassadors. They will report to the Assembly Lounge.

NEW THIS YEAR - All Stage Party and Faculty will have a seat on stage. View Sample Diagram Below:

Regalia

  • If you requested regalia during the registration process, please inform the Commencement Ambassador when you check in at the Assembly Lounge to obtain your regalia. 
  • If you own your regalia, please do not forget to bring it with you. 
  • If you are participating in multiple ceremonies at the Golden 1 Center, you may store your regalia in the Assembly Lounge for the duration of the weekend. Please see a Commencement Ambassador for assistance. 

Before The Ceremony

  • Commencement Ambassadors will be available to assist with regalia dressing in the Assembly Lounge and store any small items you may have.
  • Meals and refreshments will be available in the Assembly Lounge 
  • Photos for the Academic Processional will take place backstage. A Commencement Ambassador will guide you at the designated time. 
  • The Academic Processional will line up backstage and guide you to center court. A Commencement Ambassador will guide you at the designated time. 
  • An electronic version of the cuebook is available here. If you prefer a copy, please let a Commencement Ambassador know.  

After The Ceremony 

  • Return to the Assembly Lounge to store or return regalia. 
  • Please see a Commencement Ambassador for a parking voucher.
