We’ve finalized the slides for the 2025 Undergraduate Commencement Ambassador assignment descriptions! Please take a moment to review them before your shift so you know where to be and what to expect. Thanks for helping make this special day run smoothly!

Each Ambassador will receive:

• 1 Hot Meal
• 1 To-Go Meal

This is a new improvement to the existing food provisions.

Note: Every time you grab food, please scan the barcode on the back of your name badge. 

Ambassador check-in starts at 6:30 a.m. each day in the Rush Lounge of the Golden 1 Center. 

Ambassador ready time is 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you would like to eat before your shift, please plan to arrive no later than 6:30 a.m.for the morning ceremony and no later than 11:30 for the afternoon ceremony.
