Ambassador check-in starts at 7:00 a.m. each day in the Rush Lounge of the Golden 1 Center. 

Ambassador ready time is 90 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. If you would like to eat before your shift, please plan to arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony and no later than 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony. 

If driving you will receive a parking validation for each day. Validations will be provided during the ‘check-out’ process. 

These are valid only at DOCO West Garage located at 325 L Street.

Upon entering the parking garage, take a parking ticket do not insert your credit card.

To support smooth and successful Commencement ceremonies, designated Prep and Breakdown teams assist with setting up key areas before the event and resetting spaces afterward.

Prep teams ensure all spaces are ready prior to guest and graduate arrival.
