Ambassador Meals

What’s New

Each Ambassador will receive:

  • 1 Hot Meal
  • 1 To-Go Meal

This is a new improvement to the existing food provisions.

Note: Every time you grab food, please scan the barcode on the back of your name badge. 

For the 9:00 AM Ceremony

  • Hot Meal: Breakfast Buffet (available from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM)
  • To-Go Meal: Available in the backstage area of the Arena Floor
  • Suitable for those only working the morning shift

For the 2:00 PM Ceremony

  • Hot Meal: Lunch Buffet (available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • To-Go Meal: Available in the backstage area of the Arena Floor
  • Suitable for those only working the afternoon shift

If You Work Both Ceremonies

  • You will receive 2 Hot Meals (breakfast and lunch)
  • You will receive a To-Go Meal at the end of your shift

Additional Note

  • Ambassadors should pick-up their to-go meal from the designated area
