AMBASSADOR UPDATES – BAR CODE SYSTEM

To improve the tracking and accountability of ambassadors during events, a new bar code system has been implemented.

What’s New?

Bar codes are now printed on Ambassador Itineraries. These are used for check-in and check-out at the event.

Purpose

The bar codes help accurately track attendance and ensure ambassadors are accounted for at the start and end of their shift. This streamlines the monitoring process for leadership and operations.

How It Works

  1. Upon arrival: Ambassador Captains will scan ambassadors in using the bar code on their itinerary.
  2. End of shift: Ambassador Captains will scan ambassadors out when their shift is over.
